Dr Arshad FRCS, is the lead surgeon at the CQC registered Hair Dr Clinic. His surgical background gives him an almost unique advantage over his hair restoration peers. As a result of his work in head and neck reconstructive surgery and facial plastic surgery. Consequently, Dr Arshad has a highly technical and refined understanding of hair restoration, including the importance of an aesthetic eye and microsurgical skills.
Free consultation
Moderate pain and discomfort can be expected from 3 to 5 days. Patients can go back to their normal daily activities after 1 to 2 weeks, but should avoid activities or exercise for 6 weeks including contact sports.
Patients may have up to 2 weeks off from work. 6 weeks off from doing any exercise. Patients should sleep at a 45-degree angle for 2 weeks. A full recovery can take 6 to 12 weeks. It’s best to speak to your surgeon Dr Arshad who will be able to advise you accordingly.

I would thoroughly recommend Dr Arshad @ the Hair Dr and his team. They have done an astonishing job that I thought was unachievable and exceeded my expectations. After the procedure, Dr Arshad explained the aftercare requirements in detail. I was then given a comprehensive aftercare package with an easy-to-follow video and checklist.
Dr Arshad was amazing. He went into great detail about the procedure and what to expect, explaining the best way to achieve optimal results from both his side and my aftercare routine. The aftercare was very well provided, including a clear step-by-step chart for the 7 days following the procedure. All the staff were incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the day. I’m happy with the results so far and now waiting for the initial growth over the coming months.
I had wanted to undergo this procedure for quite some time, but finding the right clinic was not easy. After my 11-hour day yesterday and previous consultations with the highly professional and knowledgeable Dr Arshad, I know I made the right decision choosing this team.
